Prices, opening hours and the availability of third-party offers can change at any time — please verify critical details with the respective provider before relying on them.

EventBliss integrates services of third parties, e.g. Spotify (music playback in the OHRWURM game), Google Maps and Mapbox (maps), payment providers and AI services. These services are provided by their operators under their own terms; we have no influence on their availability, functionality or content. Individual features may be restricted or unavailable if a third-party service is disrupted, discontinued or changes its conditions (e.g. full music playback requires a Spotify Premium account). The temporary unavailability of a third-party integration does not constitute a defect of EventBliss.

Events that users plan or run with EventBliss (e.g. bachelor parties, birthdays, trips) are organised solely by the users themselves. EventBliss is a planning tool and — for marketplace bookings — an intermediary, not the organiser of such events. We accept no liability for the conduct, safety or legality of events organised by users, for the actions of participants, or for damage, accidents or losses occurring at such events. Participants are themselves responsible for complying with applicable law (e.g. youth protection, public order, alcohol consumption) and for taking out appropriate insurance where advisable.

Some features of EventBliss use artificial intelligence, e.g. the planning assistant, activity suggestions and the receipt scanner (text recognition). Despite careful configuration, AI-generated output can be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation. It is provided without any warranty and is no substitute for your own judgement: please verify AI suggestions (e.g. recognised receipt amounts, schedules, recommendations) before relying on them. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content, except in the cases set out in the section 'Limitation of Liability'.

EventBliss contains links to external third-party websites (e.g. provider sites, ticket shops, information pages). We have no influence on their content and therefore accept no responsibility for it; the respective provider or operator is always responsible for linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not identifiable. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement — upon becoming aware of violations, we will remove such links promptly.

We strive to keep EventBliss available with high reliability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance windows, updates, force majeure, attacks on infrastructure or failures of third-party providers can lead to temporary restrictions. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the free service. Details are set out in the section 'Availability of the Service' of our Terms of Service.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage and lost profits is excluded to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. under product liability law) remains unaffected. Responsibility for booked marketplace services lies with the respective agency (see Terms of Service).
